This is my pattern for a very simple but beautiful striped blanket which has oodles of surface texture and a lovely dense feel.
Included in the pack we have the 15 100g balls of stylecraft special dk and the six page a4 full colour printed pattern.
This pattern uses just one crochet stitch treble crochet this is called a double crochet in the us.

Blanket size i m making a square blanket which will consist of 100 squares 10 x 10 with a wide border.
This easy stripe pattern creates a snuggly blanket with a fabulous surface texture and a slightly vintage feel.
All you need to think about is the quantity it takes roughly 15 x 100g balls to make a single bed size blanket and twice as many to make a full king size bed blanket.

I designed this 6 round granny square pattern two years ago when i made my first harmony blanket.
It s an incredibly simple but very effective mixed stripe using two rows of crochet for each colour.
